I was really hoping to find a few things, but most of the items I clicked on were sold out, and the sizes I actually needed were gone too. I understand stock can be limited, but it was still frustrating to shop around and not be able to buy anything.

I emailed doreandrose.com twice about my order and then just got to sit around waiting for days with no real answer, which was lovely. When they finally did reply, it was so vague that it barely counted as help. I had to keep chasing them just to get basic information about something I already paid for. Maybe that works for them, but I definitely won’t be ordering again.

I’ve been sleeping a bit better since I started using it, and compared to before, I’m not waking up nearly as much during the night. That said, it wasn’t an overnight difference for me. It took a while before I really noticed any change, so I’d say 3 stars feels fair.

The website looks good overall, and checkout went smoothly. But finding a few items took way longer than I expected?? The menu on mobile feels a bit messy, so I had to tap around more than I wanted to. Not a terrible experience, just a little confusing in places.

I really wanted to like it, but the whole design just feels off to me. The colors don’t work well together, and the layout makes everything look a bit cheap and confusing. It left me feeling disappointed because it could be so much better

It looks really nice sitting out, and I do like the overall design. But washing and drying it is kind of annoying. I noticed it especially after using it on a regular weeknight when I was already trying to clean up the kitchen and get everything put away. It’s not a huge deal, but it does make me hesitate to use it sometimes.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing on me and my discount code disappeared. I had to restart the whole thing twice, i can imagine other customers getting just as annoyed. In the end, it felt like too much hassle, so I gave up.

The packaging looked nice, like really nice at first glance, and the overall presentation was decent. That said, the box did have a small dent, and for the price I was expecting it to feel a bit more premium, you know? Nothing inside was damaged, so that’s good, good enough I guess. Overall it was okay, just not amazing. Could definitely be better.

My order took forever to get delivered, and there were barely any tracking updates along the way. That part was weird because I had no idea where the package was or when it would show up.

The styles are nice overall, but I do wish there were more colors to choose from. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something that would make the options feel a bit better.

I was browsing Doreandrose and I kind of lost interest because I kept looking for real info about their sustainability claims, like where the products are made, what materials they use, how the packaging is handled, or even some actual proof behind the eco-friendly wording, and it all just felt a bit vague and hard to verify, which makes me hesitant because if a brand wants people to trust that side of things they really need to make it easy to find the details, so I probably wouldn’t buy from them unless they were a lot more transparent.

I’ve lost trust in this brand at this point. Something just feels off, and I don’t feel confident buying from them again. I’d really like this to be taken seriously and escalated, because it’s disappointing to feel this unsure about a company I expected better from.

Sadly, the straps just don’t adjust enough for me.

I was expecting a lot more for the price. What I got wasn’t terrible, but it just didn’t feel like it matched what I paid. I really wanted to like it, so it was disappointing in the end.

I tried Dore & Rose mainly because of the skin and hair claims. After using it for a while, my skin did feel a little softer, especially when I woke up in the morning. With my hair, I noticed less frizz on some days, but nothing dramatic. Maybe it helped a bit, but it’s hard to say for sure. I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s fine, just not as impressive as I hoped. For the price, I feel like whoever runs this should either improve the results or make it more affordable. Not bad, but not amazing either.
